Here at Your Home Cyprus, we offer, in association with our external associates, a professional and speedy immigration process like no other.
With many years of immigration experience and numerous satisfied clients, we are able to help you with all elements of your immigration process:
1. MUKW1 and MUKW 3
This is a route which allows UK passport holders who can prove that they have lived in Cyprus for a period of time prior to Brexit. This is a permanent residency route, which enables clients to travel freely to and from Cyprus, with not time implications. Clients will be able to live, work and access health care (after contributing to the social insurance fund or with a valid S1 from the UK)
2. Visitors Visa
This is an immigration route open to all non EU citizens and offers the ability to stay beyond the 90 day visa free period, however, you must not be absent from Cyprus for more than 90 days out of every 180. The visa is valid for 1 year and must be renewed at that point. Under this procedure, you are not allowed to work in Cyprus, and so you must show that you have sufficient means to support yourself financially. After 5 years of holding a valid visitors visa, clients are able to apply for permanent residency
PERMANENT RESIDENCY PROGRAMS:
Cyprus Permanent Residency is a legal status which entitles Non-EU citizens and qualifying dependents to enter and stay as permanent residents in Cyprus with no limitations. It does not expire; therefore, the holder does not need to renew it. It is also known as a Cyprus immigration permit or unlimited residency.
A PR in Cyprus is divided into several main categories.
- Permanent residency by investment:
“Cyprus residency by buying a property” type of permits is for investors who purchase property in Cyprus and have sufficient income from abroad:

The required yearly income starts from €9568 for one applicant plus €4613 for each dependent person.
